Three plans. You keep the ticket price.
A monthly subscription in the Rhythm Assistant app – change plan whenever you like. Buyers pay a small booking fee on top of your ticket price, and the ticket money goes straight into your own Stripe account.

Everything in each plan
Every feature, line by line. Booking fees are added to the ticket price at checkout and paid by the buyer, so you keep your full ticket price. There’s no booking fee on free tickets.

How booking fees work
Paid by the buyer
The booking fee is added on top of your ticket price at checkout. A £10 ticket on Elite costs the buyer £10.70 – you receive the full £10.
None on free tickets
Free events cost buyers nothing, and they don’t need Stripe.
Refunds
When you refund one ticket the booking fee isn’t returned. When you cancel an event, everyone gets their money back in full, booking fees included.
Card fees
Stripe’s standard card fees come out of your payments, as with any card payment. You see everything in your Stripe dashboard.

How to subscribe
Download the Rhythm Assistant app, sign in with your Rhythm Assembly account and choose your plan. You can change plans at any time.
Members’ privacy is protected
You see first names and initials, never members’ email addresses or phone numbers. Direct messages go only to members who chose to hear from promoters.
Start quickly
Sole traders can start selling with just their name, town and contact details. Companies add their registration number and address.
Messages, checked when needed
Direct messages go straight out – unless they contain a website link, email address or phone number, when the Rhythm Assistant team checks them first.
